Flyer for a Community Teaching Project: Little Havana that addressed newly diagnosed diabetic patients in Little Havana who struggle with managing their nutrition and monitoring their blood glucose levels effectively. Which can lead to poor health outcomes and increased prevalence of diabetes-related complications.
